Take this from the Certificate of Conformity (CoC) — the document issued by the vehicle's manufacturer confirming its type approval. If you don't have one, the manufacturer or their UK importer can supply a duplicate for up to 10 years after the vehicle was built. If your vehicle was approved through an IVA test instead, take it from the IVA or GB conversion certificate issued by DVSA.
