Supporting evidence

Name the evidence that links this specific vehicle to the original number.

The application needs:

A completed V55/5, or V5/V5C showing the current registration number.
A recent photo of the vehicle.
Evidence linking the registration number to the vehicle, such as an original RF60/VE60 logbook, authorised archive records, or other pre-1983 documentary evidence.
