Box 67 (list price), any weeks-based tax period, and the signature/date are completed by hand after printing. The registration fee and vehicle tax are paid separately to DVLA.

Before you print

Your PDF still needs these items completed by hand:

  • Sign and date the declaration by hand.
  • If this is an M1, M1G or M1SP vehicle, enter its list/notional price in box 67.

Print both pages and check every answer against your original documents.
