Box 69 of the DVLA V55/5 form is for list price / notional price (£).
Required for M1, M1G and M1SP type-approved vehicles registered on or after 1 April 2017 — DVLA will reject the application without it. Give the list price (or notional price) on the day before the date the vehicle will be taxed and registered. This determines whether the "expensive car supplement" applies — see vehicle tax rates.
